2021 Ohio Football Schedule

ATHENS, Ohio — The Ohio football team has announced game times and television selections for its 2021 regular season schedule today in conjunction with the Mid-American Conference office. 

Ohio’s 2021 non-conference slate is scheduled to include two nationally televised primetime matchups. The Bobcats will open the season by hosting Syracuse at Peden Stadium on Saturday, September 4 at 7 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network. Week three features a showdown at Louisiana on Thursday, September 16 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Saturday, September 11: Duquesne, 2 p.m. ET (ESPN3)
Thursday, September 16: at Louisiana, 8 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Saturday, September 25: at Northwestern, TBA
Saturday, October 2: at Akron, 3:30 p.m. ET (12-day TV selection)
Saturday, October 9: Central Michigan, 3:30 p.m. ET (12-day TV selection)
Saturday, October 16: at Buffalo, TBA
Saturday, October 23: Kent State, TBA
Tuesday, November 2: Miami, 7 p.m. ET or 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN2/ESPNU/CBSSN)
Tuesday, November 9: at Eastern Michigan, 7 p.m. ET or 8 p.m. ET (ESPN2/ESPNU/CBSSN)
Tuesday, November 16: Toledo, 7:30 p.m. ET or 8 p.m. ET (ESPN2/ESPNU/ESPN+)
Friday, November 26: at Bowling Green, 12 p.m. ET (ESPNU/CBSSN)

The Bobcats are coming off of a 2020 season that was shortened by the Covid-19 pandemic. Ohio finished the year 2-1, recording a pair of home wins over Mid-American Conference East Division rivals Akron (24-10) and Bowling Green (52-10) at Peden Stadium.
