Boston Bruins’ Cassidy fined $25,000 by NHL

NEW YORK (June 8, 2021) – Boston Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy has been fined $25,000 for public comments critical of the officiating following Game 5 of the Second Round series against the New York Islanders Monday night in Boston, the National Hockey League announced today.

The fine money goes to the NHL Foundation.
