COLUMBUS CREW TO HOLD RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY AT OHIOHEALTH PERFORMANCE CENTER ON JUNE 9

COLUMBUS – Columbus Crew today announced that it will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its new state-of-the-art training facility, the OhioHealth Performance Center. The ceremony is set to take place on Wednesday, June 9 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the OhioHealth Performance Center (One Black & Gold Boulevard, Columbus, OH 43211). Representatives from The Crew Investor-Operators Haslam, Johnson and Edwards Families will be in attendance, along with Crew President & General Manager Tim Bezbatchenko and executives from OhioHealth.

The 42,00 square feet OhioHealth Performance Center will be adjacent to Historic Crew Stadium. The new training facility is set to feature two First Team natural grass fields, supported by hydronic heating and SubAir systems; one natural grass field and artificial turf for Academy use; and a seasonal bubble over the stadium field. The OhioHealth Performance Center will be home to The Crew headquarters and player training grounds.
