NHL suspends Oilers Josh Archibald for Clipping

NEW YORK (May 24, 2021) – Edmonton Oilers forward Josh Archibald has been suspended for one game for clipping Winnipeg Jets defenseman Logan Stanley during Game 3 of the teams’ First Round series in Winnipeg on Sunday, May 23, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 11:09 of the third period. Archibald was assessed a minor penalty for tripping.
