Columbus Crew SC returns home this week for CONCACAF match and MLS Home Opener

COLUMBUS – Columbus Crew SC is set to host Nicaraguan side Real Esteli FC (Second Leg of their 2021 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League Round of 16) and 2020 MLS Supporters’ Shield winner the Philadelphia Union at Historic Crew Stadium (MLS Opening Match to begin 2021 regular-season) over the next seven days. Both home contests are set to be nationally televised. Ahead of these matches, Crew SC is set to train at the Crew SC Training Center at Obetz.

Crew SC hosts Real Esteli FC on Thursday, April 15 [8:00 p.m. ET/ FS1 (English), TUDN (Spanish)] . The Crew recently defeated Real Esteli 4-0 in the First Leg of the Round of 16 which was held in Managua, Nicaragua on April 8. Following Thursday’s match, the Black & Gold host the Philadelphia Union for the Club’s 2021 MLS season Opening Match on Sunday, April 18 [5:30 p.m. ET / FS1 (English), FOX Deportes (Spanish) / 97.1 The Fan & 971TheFan.com (English); ColumbusCrewSC.com (Spanish)].
